The residences of the Baumanière
Domain are strung along at the foot of the Baux Village, interspersed
with foot paths where the wanderer will discover, step by step, a unique
landscape. Amid the flowers and fragrances, this old 16th century
residence houses antique furnaces and a restaurant. A paradise for the
senses. Jean André Charial reinvented this locale; he magnified it,
cultivated it, enriched it, and transporting it into another marvelous
dimension, he also carefully added original spaces.
The Manoir is a beautiful and noble 16th century residence in the little
valley of the fountain, amidst a French garden, 900 meters from The
Oustau. Swimming Pool on the grounds. "La Guigou" is an old Provençal
Farmstead, 500 meters from the "Oustau" with countryside scenery, under
the Cité des Baux which is eager to tell you its story... This is a
unique pleasure written by Giono or painted by Van Gogh. Baumanière is
also a space in time which alternates seasons: From the resplendent
summers, to the raw winters, from blossoming springtime to golden
autumn, seasons change but always shine under sun, or stars... |
